ProformaInvoice.in is a free online tool for creating GST-ready proforma invoices. It is built for exporters, freelancers, contractors, rental businesses and small traders in India who need to send a clear price and tax estimate before delivering goods or taking an advance.
Why we built it
Most small businesses still make proforma invoices by editing spreadsheets or old Word files. That leads to wrong tax splits, missing HSN/SAC codes and inconsistent formats. We built a generator that does the arithmetic for you, uses the right fields for domestic, export and service deals, and produces a clean PDF in about two minutes.
How it works and your data
The generator runs in your browser. The invoice details you type are not sent to or stored on our servers. If you later want saved records, inventory and accounting, you can upgrade to the full billing platform. See our pricing and privacy policy.
Who is behind it
ProformaInvoice.in is a product of the Rent Invoice Billing App software, which is operated as an individual’s sole proprietorship. The proprietor is Savaj Parth Ashokbhai, based in Surat, Gujarat. The team has been building billing and rental-management software for Indian businesses since 2015.
